If you want to hit frigs in a BS you have to use A turret BS simple as that. But I tried to max Torp Damage against a frig and it got to 20... That's with trying. I would be happy if Torps did 40 damage to frigs. I still hate it how I got pumme...

Or any race in eve, I was thinking it can bring the Jove into the gme more, it's been 3+ years now, and very little from them. Might be a good idea to spice it up a bit and create some actual Fear of NPCs for even vet players.
